Please use the add to basket button next to the item you want to buy and you will be directed to PayPal's secure server where, when you have finished shopping, you can make a secure payment to Thats Original for your purchase. You will receive a receipt via e-mail confirming your order and payment.

Items will be dispatched within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated) after receipt of cleared payment via PayPal

If paying by cheque

You will need to send an e-mail to lucy@thatsoriginal.co.uk

1) Please include the product descriptions and prices of the items you wish to purchase in the e-mail.

2) When you have done this I will contact you back with total cost of goods and an address to send your cheques. Your items will be held for 10 days until the cheque is received.

3) Post the cheque (details on the contact us page) out to Thats original made payable to: Lucy Phelps.

4) Once the cheque has cleared we will dispatch the goods and an email will be sent to notify you that they have been dispatched

Items will be dispatched within 7 working days of cleared payment (unless otherwise stated, please allow 4-7 days for cheques to clear)

If a cheque is not received within 7 days the items will be placed back into stock.   

Privacy Policy

None of your financial information is ever stored and if you pay over the phone any written information will be shredded.

All third party, personal and contact information remains confidential and will not be sold or passed on to anyone unless directed to by the customer.

If running a 'Thats Original' children's party, no photos will be taken unless I have had authority from all parents.

Postage & Costs

UK: Postage costs are included in the total cost of the item and items will be dispatched within 7 working days of cleared funds. All items will be sent 2nd class recorded delivery.

INTERNATIONAL: Please e-mail for a shipping quote and delivery time-frame for your country before you order.

Customer Satisfaction

I want to make sure all customers feel satisfied with their purchase so do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem and I will be happy to help.

If you are unhappy with your purchase I will be happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of my initial postage date. Should you need to return items the original postage charge is non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost. The item must be returned packaged securely and sent via insured registered post, otherwise it will not be accepted.

If you have a faulty item please contact me straight away to discuss the circumstances.

While every effort has been made to present the products as close to the original as possible, Colour accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed due to lighting.
